インディペンデント・キュレーターの嘉藤笑子が主宰する「KAB読書会」を開催！
墨田区京島民泊図書館KAB Library and Residencyは、嘉藤笑子が運営する民泊施設と会員制図書館の2役を担うユニークな組織。KAB読書会では1年に1冊のペースで輪読する読書会を開催しています。2023年度は、ニコラ・ブリオーの『ラディカント』（武田宙也 訳、フィルムアート社、2022）を読んでいます。今回の読書会ではスペースでの対面とオンライン・ミーティングの併催です。参加者は、アーティスト、キュレーター、学生、社会人などさまざま。現代思想や批評理論とともに現代アートや今という時代を一緒に読み解きながら、話しましょう。
当スペースでの当日参加も歓迎です。『ラディカント』「第3部 航海論 1 文化的雨のなか（ルイ・アルチュセール、マルセル・デュシャン、芸術的形態の使用）を読んでいきます。

Independent curator Emiko Kato presides KAB Reading Group!
KAB Library and Residency, a unique organization that plays the dual role of a private residence and a members-only library run by Emiko Kato, is holding the KAB Reading Group, a reading group that reads a book in rotation yearly. 2023 features Nicolas Bourriaud’s “Radicant” by Nicolas Briault (translated by Takeda THironari, Filmart-sha, 2022). This reading will be held both in-person at the space and as an online meeting. Participants include artists, curators, students, and working professionals. Let’s share our thoughts on contemporary art and the current era together while reading and discussing contemporary thought and critical theory.
Participants are welcome to join us at the space on the day of the event. We will read “Radicant,” Part 3: Nautical Theory 1: In the Cultural Rain (Louis Althusser, Marcel Duchamp, and the Use of Art Forms).
